Refund And Return Policy

1. Returns
• You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• For damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos or a short video.

Non-returnable items:
• Used or damaged products (unless defective)
• Personal care / hygiene items
• Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds
• Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned product.
• Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds go to the original payment method.

3. Reverse Pickup
• For defective or wrong items, we will arrange pickup.
• For other returns, return shipping charges may apply.

4. Important Notes
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Refusal of COD orders may affect future order eligibility.
• Please be available at delivery to avoid RTO (Return to Origin).
